These Terms & Conditions govern use of morikids.com and purchases from the Mori Kids online store. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

2. Products and information

We sell children’s clothing, accessories, gift cards where available, and related products. Product pages describe the main characteristics, available sizes or variants, materials where provided, price, and availability. We take reasonable care to keep information and photographs accurate, but screen settings and lighting may cause minor colour differences.

3. Prices, currencies, and charges

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. The checkout shows the product total, applicable discounts, delivery charge or its calculation, taxes where applicable, and the final amount before an order creating a payment obligation is submitted. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

We may change future prices and promotions. Changes do not affect an order already accepted, except where the customer agrees or the law permits correction of an obvious error.

4. Placing an order and concluding the contract

Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, address, delivery method, and other entered data. By pressing the final order or payment button, you confirm that the order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total.

After submission, we send an electronic acknowledgement. A purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order and confirm successful payment or otherwise expressly confirm the order. If an item is unavailable, payment fails, information is materially incomplete, or an evident technical or pricing error occurs, we may reject or cancel the order and promptly refund any amount due.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card transactions are processed by the relevant bank or payment provider and may require 3-D Secure authentication. Mori Kids does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or 3-D Secure passwords. An order is treated as paid after successful payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Available destinations, methods, prices, estimated periods, customs information, transfer of risk, and late-delivery rights are described in our Delivery Terms. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery will occur no later than the period required by applicable law. The risk of accidental loss generally remains with Mori Kids until physical receipt by the customer or a designated person other than the carrier.

7. Withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refunds

For distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Notice, return procedure, costs, refund timing, defective-goods remedies, and exclusions are described in our Refund Policy. Discounted goods retain statutory rights unless a specific legal exception applies.

8. Defective or non-conforming goods

If goods are defective, damaged, or do not conform to the order, contact us promptly. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties or remedies.

9. Promotions and gift cards

Promotion-specific conditions are displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined or added after an order is placed. Any gift card terms are displayed when it is offered and do not override mandatory law.

10. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information and use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with the store, attempt fraud, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

11. Intellectual property

Store text, design, logos, photographs, product images, and other content belong to Mori Kids or are used with permission. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. The store uses necessary cookies and may use optional technologies according to the available privacy choices and applicable law.

13. Website operation

We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We will not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Liability

Mori Kids remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded or for a failure caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@morikids.com or call +374 55 880211, including the order number and issue. We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period. Contacting us does not restrict your right to apply to the competent consumer-protection authority or a court.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Consumers retain any mandatory protections applicable to them. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

17. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The current version and date will be published here. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed with the customer or required by law.
