This Delivery Terms page explains how orders placed on morikids.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.
- Delivery Providers
Mori Kids uses HayPost / HayPost Express, local courier services, taxi delivery services, and other available delivery providers for local and international deliveries.
Delivery options may depend on the customer’s delivery address, order details, product availability, parcel size, parcel weight, courier availability, postal service availability, and destination country.
- Delivery Areas
Mori Kids offers delivery within Armenia and international shipping to selected countries.
Within Armenia, delivery may be arranged through HayPost, HayPost Express, local courier services, taxi delivery services, or other available delivery methods.
International shipping may be arranged through HayPost, HayPost Express, postal services, courier companies, or other available delivery providers.
International shipping availability may depend on the destination country, customs rules, postal restrictions, service availability, and the type of products ordered.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
We prepare orders as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and other circumstances.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay or issue with the order, we may contact the customer using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
- Delivery Cost
Delivery cost depends on the delivery address, delivery method, order size, parcel weight, parcel size, and destination country.
The delivery cost may be shown during checkout or confirmed with the customer before the order is shipped or dispatched.
For deliveries through HayPost, HayPost Express, or other delivery providers, the final cost may depend on the applicable delivery tariffs, parcel weight, parcel size, delivery method, and destination.
For Yerevan local delivery, the delivery cost is usually paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, postal fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location, delivery service, parcel type, and destination country.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to courier services, HayPost procedures, customs procedures, weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, remote delivery areas, or circumstances outside our control.
- Yerevan Local Delivery
For orders within Yerevan, Mori Kids may arrange local delivery through local courier or taxi delivery services, including Yandex Delivery, after confirmation with the customer.
The exact delivery cost and delivery time may be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
The delivery fee for Yerevan local delivery may be paid by the customer directly to the courier or delivery service, or as otherwise agreed before dispatch.
Mori Kids is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or taxi delivery services, incorrect delivery information, traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
- Delivery Within Armenia
For orders delivered within Armenia outside Yerevan, Mori Kids may use HayPost, HayPost Express, local courier services, or other available delivery methods.
Delivery within Armenia may be available to Yerevan, regions, cities, towns, and other locations where the selected delivery provider offers service.
Delivery time and cost may depend on the customer’s city, region, address, parcel weight, parcel size, delivery method, and order details.
Where available, the customer may receive tracking information for the shipment.
- International Shipping
Mori Kids may offer international shipping to selected countries through HayPost, HayPost Express, postal services, courier companies, or other available delivery services.
International delivery time depends on the destination country, courier or postal service, customs procedures, parcel type, and local delivery conditions.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, postal fees, or other charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated.
Mori Kids is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, international postal services, courier companies, or local delivery providers in the destination country.
- Customs, Import Duties, and Restrictions
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, and additional fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or delivery fee, unless clearly stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for checking and paying any charges required by the destination country.
Some products may be restricted or prohibited for delivery to certain countries. If a product cannot be shipped to the customer’s country because of postal, customs, or legal restrictions, we may contact the customer to change, cancel, or refund the order.
- Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
- full name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- full delivery address;
- city and country;
- postal code, where applicable.
Mori Kids is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after the order is shipped.
Tracking availability depends on the delivery method, parcel type, and destination country.
The customer may use the tracking number to follow the delivery status through the delivery provider’s tracking system, where available.
- Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, additional delivery or return costs may be deducted from any refund.
If the order is returned to us, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
- Damaged or Missing Parcels
If the customer receives a damaged parcel, or if the parcel appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- order number;
- photos of the parcel, if damaged;
- photos of the product, if damaged;
- delivery tracking information, if available;
- description of the issue.
We will review the case and may contact HayPost, the courier, or the delivery service if needed.
