This Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on morikids.com.
- Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order.
If 14 days have passed since the customer received the order, we may not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

- Proof of Purchase
To complete a return, exchange, or refund request, we may require proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation, receipt, or order number.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- undamaged;
- in the same condition as received;
- with all original tags attached;
- in its original packaging where possible.
Garments must not be washed or worn.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect:
- gift cards and e-gift cards;
- socks and tights;
- hair accessories;
- used, worn, washed, or damaged products;
- products without original tags;
- products returned after the allowed return period;
- personalized or custom-made products, if offered;
- hygiene-sensitive items where return is not suitable after opening or use.
- Sale Items
Sale items may be returned if they meet the general return conditions, unless the product page or promotion clearly states that the item is final sale or non-returnable.
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Special Occasion, Handmade, or Limited Items
Some special occasion, handmade, limited, or custom products may have separate return or exchange conditions.
If a product has special return conditions, this will be stated on the product page or communicated before purchase.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable or exchangeable unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges
If the customer wants to exchange a product for another size, color, or item, please contact us first.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the requested replacement product is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Please include:
- order number;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging, if relevant;
- description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Mori Kids may offer one of the following options:
- replacement;
- exchange;
- refund;
- store credit.
- Return Shipping
For regular returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges related to returning the product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For international returns, where applicable, please mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to help identify the shipment as a return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mori Kids is not responsible for returned products lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Return Address
Please contact us before sending any product back.
After the return request is reviewed, we will confirm the return instructions and the return address.

- Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer whether the return is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are usually processed by Mori Kids within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
The final time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
- Gift Cards
Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a product purchased with a gift card is returned and the return is approved, the refund may be issued back to the gift card or as store credit.
- International Orders
International orders may be returned if they meet the conditions of this Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, return shipping fees, and other charges related to international returns, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
