These Terms & Conditions govern the use of morikids.com and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Products

Mori Kids sells children’s clothing, accessories, gift cards, and related products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, colors, and availability as accurately as possible. However, product colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s device screen.

  1. Prices and Currency

All prices on morikids.com are displayed in Armenian Dram (AMD), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  1. Orders

To place an order, the customer must select the product, size, quantity, and complete the checkout process.

An order is considered received when it is successfully created in our Shopify store and the customer receives an order confirmation.

We may contact the customer if additional information is needed to process the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • the customer information is incomplete or incorrect;
  • payment is not completed successfully;
  • there is a technical or pricing error;
  • the order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
  1. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Card payments are processed through secure banking or payment provider systems. Mori Kids does not store full bank card numbers, CVV codes, PIN codes, 3D Secure passwords, or other confidential card authentication data.

An order is considered paid only after successful payment confirmation.

  1. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, Mori Kids may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.

Promotional codes must be used according to the conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or applied after an order has already been placed.

Mori Kids may cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.

  1. Sale Items

Sale items may be available at discounted prices for a limited time.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the Refund Policy, sale items are subject to the same general order, delivery, return, and refund rules as other products.

  1. Gift Cards

Mori Kids may offer digital or physical gift cards.

Gift cards can be used only on morikids.com, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the refund may be issued back to the gift card or as store credit, depending on the situation and applicable rules.

  1. Delivery

Delivery terms, delivery areas, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times are described on the separate Delivery Terms page.

Mori Kids may offer delivery within Armenia and international shipping to selected countries.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated.

Mori Kids is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures, postal services, courier companies, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return, exchange, and refund conditions are described on the separate Refund Policy page.

Returned products must meet the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  1. Product Availability

Product availability may change.

If an ordered product is no longer available after the order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer one of the following options:

  • replacement with another available product;
  • waiting for restock, if possible;
  • order cancellation and refund.
  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

The customer must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

All content on morikids.com, including texts, images, product photos, logo, design elements, brand materials, and visual content, belongs to Mori Kids or is used with permission.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
